In the meantime various (government) institutions and several companies have called in the help of SolutionS in defining an alcohol and drugs policy. The treatment of problem cases falls within this scope.
Policy for alcohol use and drugs use at work
The aim of the policy to be formulated is particularly to provide insight into the subject and the prevention of problems. In addition, the ultimate aim is the reduction of absenteeism due to illness and partly thereby enhancing the productivity of the employees. We would like to make the knowledge we have gained in this field available to new clients.
